Requirement

Duties & Responsibilities Accounting to Reporting of property company Preparation of financial and management reports Business Analysis Assist in inter-company billing Accounting and control of Finance Leases and Fixed asset register Monthly VAT return Cashbook processing and reconciliation Financial year end preparations Assist in preparation of annual budgets Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Maintain & improve internal controls Group coordination of creditor processing, review of reconciliations and payment preparation Annual BEE verification audit Desired Experience & Qualification B Com degree or CA(SA)/CIMA/Professional Financial Qualification 8-10 + years work experience Experience managing/supervising a team advantageous Pastel Evolution experience advantageous Strong Excel skills Experience in Logistics or transport industry will be beneficial Interpersonal skills Good communication skills Ability to adapt to change easily Problem solving ability Assertive & Leadership skills Self-motivated
